How does the smart rechargeable ball work?

The BoréoAtelier smart ball moves autonomously and randomly to stimulate your cat's hunting instinct. It automatically stops after a few minutes to prevent overheating and restarts as soon as your cat touches it.

How do I charge the ball?

The ball charges via the included USB cable. A full charge takes approximately 60 minutes and provides up to 2 hours of use.

Is the ball safe for my cat?

Yes, the ball is made from non-toxic materials and designed to withstand claws and bites. It is suitable for all cats aged 3 months and older.

Is it water-resistant?

The ball is splash-resistant but should not be immersed in water.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within metropolitan France typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
